Nanette Milne, Scottish Conservative MSP for the North East has welcomed the news that work to address the Inveramsay bridge bottleneck is on course to commence in late 2014.

“This is very good news and will be welcome by North East motorists. Pressure from Scottish Conservatives has seen the SNP Scottish Government commit the resources to address the Inveramsay bridge and I am pleased that we can now see a potential start to work to address the notorious bottleneck.
“Scottish Conservatives will continue to campaign for investment for the A96 to be brought forward to make the road safer for users.”
